ConnexModem is a powerful 2.4GHz radio transceiver combined with a 56K data/fax modem. The system can be set up in minutes to enable wireless communication between local RS232 devices and any standard phone line. Proprietary FHSS technology ensures reliable, secure transmissions even in RF-hostile environments.

The ConnexModem system is comprised of a remote node (ConnexPC, which enables local wireless data transmissions) and a telecom node (ConnexModem, which bridges the local wireless link to a telecom system for longer-range communication).

Each industrial-grade device utilizes an industry-standard interface: the ConnexModem attaches to an RJ11 phone jack while the ConnexPC connects to a DB9 RS232 serial port. Both support a point-to-point configuration at baud rates up to 115.2 Kbps.
