Piracy Prevention

AeroComm actively and aggressively enforces its intellectual property rights, including, but not limited to, written text, photography, logos, advertisements, and software to the fullest extent of the law. In the United States and many other countries, copyright law provides for severe civil and criminal penalties for the unauthorized reproduction or distribution of copyrighted material. Copyrighted material includes, but is not limited to, computer programs and accompanying sounds, images and text. Under U.S. law, infringement may result in civil damages of up to $150,000 and/or criminal penalties of up to five years imprisonment and/or a $250,000 fine. Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy

AeroComm only considers unsolicited ideas for: (1) display or use in this web site, and (2) case studies and white papers regarding the application of RF in various OEM products. AeroComm and its employees DO NOT accept unsolicited ideas for advertising campaigns, promotions, new or improved products or technologies, product enhancements, processes, materials, marketing plans or new product names.
